From start, came out to do estimate within two business days of calling, arrived on time, courteous and professional in the appraisal of the work that needed to be done. Appointment for install three days later. Had estimates from two other companies, H2Flo was most knowledgeable in understanding what needed to be done at a vastly better price. To finish, installed the new gas water into garage, removed old water heater from attic in just three hours. Their knowledge and expertise shows in their work. Very pleased.
Ben with H2Flow Plumbing was prompt, friendly and informative. He inspected all of the plumbing in my home and immediately found the problem. He made suggestions for potential further needs but was sure to let me know what was most important related to corrections. I was quoted an amount and scheduled the time for repairs. When that day came, he arrived on time and was swift and thorough with his work. As the project went smoother than expected my bill was slightly less than the quoted price. Called to give quote on gas water heater that wouldn’t stay lit. Gave options for repair or replace and decided to remove and connect into another existing water heater. Completed job quickly and efficiently and also repaired an outdoor hose connection at the same visit. Very polite, professional, respectful. Didn’t get other quotes so can’t speak to cost of job. Came recommended and would use again.
I had a very positive experience with H2Flow. My kitchen sink was clogged so I called their main line- someone was quick to schedule me for an appt the next morning. Two days before my husband’s and I wedding – our HVAC went out. The entire system needed to be replaced, the HVAC company, Climate Right, needed some plumbing to be raised and some digging to be done to be able to get the new furnace under the house.
